STRESS & aNXIETY

Stress and anxiety often arise when life's challenges—like demanding careers, family changes, or personal transitions—feel larger than our ability to cope. Whether you’re navigating work stress, managing the mental load of parenting, or facing significant life changes such as divorce or illness, stress and anxiety can build up and become overwhelming. â€‹For some, anxiety has been a lifelong companion, constantly lingering in the background in the form of overthinking, perfectionism, or fears. Therapy provides a supportive space to process these experiences and learn effective ways to manage.

I use evidence-based strategies to help adults manage anxiety and regain balance. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other proven approaches, I create a tailored plan that fits your unique history, needs, and goals. Together, we’ll work towards finding a path that suits your life—whether it’s managing anxiety at work, balancing personal responsibilities, or simply feeling more like yourself again.
